been a while since my last post..been thinking (while doing other stuff) about what should i write. been reading blogs of my friends, and it made me wonder (all the time)- what actually attracts people to read a blog? quite the question really, because people would actually read, what they want to read. so the thing is, how do you get people reading what they are not into?
here are just some of my thoughts:
1) hot local community issues. well most of us amateur bloggers (or semi-pro) always write about issues, relevant, talked about issues around our small community. not events, but issues ie. some group of people were protesting against something, then the public was split into 2, then the blogger would post something about that issue and his visitors and comments started going sky high.
2) radical approach to issues. same as above,but more..radical ie. u are part of the very mob that go against something, then u slit the throat of another, and then u flame..the type of things a bunch of rednecks would do..in the real world.
3) sex sells. whatever there are out there concerning the penis-vagina and things of that sort, they seem to have a place among the anonymous(es). yet the author himself (or herself), may remain unknown. and this may need a little bit more of an explanation, the point doesn't only mean porn, but all things sex related.
4) personality. if you're oprah winfrey and u made a blog, it's like putting a doughnut on top of an anthill. simple. (well i wonder if Mikaeel's gonna get that much attention XD)
